Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures, over the past 30 years, using dermal fillers or facial implants (cheek, chin). From the photos the cheeks are an average degree of asymmetric however the anterior portions (in the front) of both are relatively flat which makes the right side, of the face, appear an elongated oval shape and the more narrow left side of the face more rectangular in shape. The width, height, amount of facial fat, differences in cheek and jaw line projection are all contributing factors. Following the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces. Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in the front. Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full, round cheeks that will feminize the entire face. You may want to try a dermal filler to shape the cheeks and fill out the anterior portion of the left jaw line first before having any permanent procedure. Despite its recent increase in popularity, fat transfer (injections) are nowhere near as reliable as off the shelf dermal fillers or facial implants and for that I reason, I do not use fat for facial shaping procedures. There are several medical boards that contain well trained plastic & cosmetic surgeons:Facial Plastic Surgeons (American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery).General Plastic Surgeons (American Board of Plastic Surgery)Cosmetic Surgeons (American Board of Cosmetic Surgery) Board certification or society membership alone does not guarantee results and it's disingenuous for any one board member to suggest superiority over others based upon board membership alone. Select your plastic & cosmetic surgeon based upon their training, experience, reputation, before and after photos (not photo imaging) and most importantly for their aesthetic judgment. Hope this helps.
