The fashion industry is very competitive and I want hollow cheeks to define more my face. I am a 23 year old guy and naturally skinny. My body fat percentage is low but my face doesn't get defined, my cheeks always remain the same. What's the procedure I need to reach my desire? bichectomy? face liposuction?

Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures, over the past 30 years, using dermal fillers or facial implants (cheek, chin) for a permanent enhancement.  From the photos, your cheeks are flat and I suspect that the chin and mandibular angles are weak.  When the chin is weak, this creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the lower face short
and the mid face appear top heavy.  Chin augmentation, using a chin
implant, will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the
lower face.  I have found placing a silastic chin implant through a small,
curved, incisions under the chin to be very safe, quick, highly effective and
far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty that requires bone cuts with
placement of screws and metal plates.  Following the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and
body beauty, male faces look chiseled and handsome when there is angularity in the
cheeks, chin and mandibular angles.  In addition to chin augmentation,
cheek augmentation with cheek implants (for a
permanent enhancement) will add angularity to the cheeks.  Mandibular
angle augmentation with a dermal filler (jaw implants IMHO have too many
unwanted side effects) will add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.
