Indents in upper cheeks. Will weight loss make them worse?

Deep indents under eyes, on my upper cheeks. First noticed them at 14, but they seem to have become much deeper and more visible (now 20). Causes? Could it fix itself? I lost about 10 kg when I was 12. They weren't visible then but are now after gaining the weight back slowly over 6 yrs. They are very visible in photos and under certain lighting. Had acne, but cavity much larger. Will weight loss at 20 likely make them worse (possibly 10kg)? Caused by sun damage at young age?

​Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and RF treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. One of the most important things you can do the moment you notice this regardless of age is hyaluronic acid fillers or Bellafill.   Rebuilding that medial portion of the fat pat called the suborbicularis oculi is critical to reducing the appearance of "tired eyes."  You'll be very pleased.   So find yourself a skilled injector in your area and ask for a filler !
