Stitch stuck under skin. (photo)

Had a tummy tuck on January the 8th had all stitches taken out apart from one as was stuck under the skin. I have managed to pull most of it out but on one side it feels like the stitch still has a knot at the end and won't pull out. What can I do? My surgeon is in a different country so can't go back to him. Thankyou

Constipation is a common problem after tummy tuck because of the lack of physical activity and the narcotics.  It is crucial that you take something for constipation.  The longer you wait the worse it will get.  We do use mag citrate although the first choice is miralax.
