Can scar tissue from a Tummy Tuck cause pain?

I had a tummy tuck 13 months ago with no complications. But for the last few months, I have had sharp pains next to and above my navel mostly when I first get up in the morning. Movement seems to make it hurt, not usually when I'm still. It's almost like pin pricks. Could this be scar tissue or adhesions? Thanks so much.

Following a tummy tuck, I prescribe my patients Norcos, as well as Flexeril (a muscle relaxer).Between the two of these, they are able to control their pain well.Consult your board certified plastic surgeon on the best medications for you post tummy tuck surgery.

Everyone is different.  It can take some time for the drainage to turn pink then yellow.  It may be a week, maybe 10 days.  If the drains remain dark red they are left in longer.  Sometimes up to 2 weeks.
