Thank you for your question. You can generally wear anything that is comfortable and provides moderate compression to the treated site. After the first week or so, you can often back off on the degree of compression. No clothing that you wear is likely to leave any lasting marks or contours. You might check w/ your surgeon for his/her recommendation. Best wishes.
I do not personally believe imprints from pressure garments have any impact on final outcomes after liposuction. I also personally do not believe that pressure garments are quite as important as they are made out to be.
