Nipple incision, looks like stiches came off, is this ok or should I worry? (photos)

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Though I see your loose stitch I do not see that your incision has opened but I would talk with your surgeon about your concerns.  They can examine the stitches and determine appropriate wound care to ensure you go on to heal without issue.  Hope this helps.
