I am 22 years old, I've had puffy nipples since I was 14 I thought maybe when I grow up they will disappear but they have not. I found two solutions. either by surgery or by losing fat. I've attached my body composition estimate that I have 24% fat. I have read that if I reach below 10% fat it will disappear, is that true? This is my second month in the gym and I am planning to reach below 10% and I want to know the healthiest way to do so. My left chest is bigger than my right one how can I fix that?
