I had a FUE HT 1 month ago, almost all my hair on the top of my head is spiky. Is this normal? (Photo)

If you are having issues after surgery it is best to contact your doctor.  Your transplanted hair will shed over the next few weeks.

       
 The spiky nature of your very short but
growing hair is normal.  In several weeks
you can expect to lose this hair however it will be replaced.  Your hair will continue to grow anew with final
results around 12 months.  Consult with
your hair restoration specialist or visit our website which has valuable
information on what to expect (at first day by day, then week by week followed
by month to months).

Typically, shorter hair feels spiky. Once it grows longer it will take the natural characteristics of your own natural hair. I would not be concerned about it at this time. Sometimes, within the first month after hair restoration the grafts actually grow slightly before they fall out and as a result they seem like spike hair. Again, I would not be too concern about it yet.

This is normal. The hair should relax over time. Continue to follow your doctors post op care and happy growing! 

The spike in your hair probably reflects the shortness of your hair cut. Short hair always is spiky but when it grows out, it will take on its regular character
