Cheek ptosis after Botox. Have I permanently messed up my face by doing this?

whattodo9
FOUR months after botox for crows feet which hit zygomaticus major (confirmed by 2 doctors) i still have a heavy sensation on affected side. Muscle feels limp and dragging sensation. Cannot believe it has not resolved - other times I had botox no probs. Does it last longer on lower face muscles or have I permanently messed up my face by doing this.
