Botox injections can be very helpful in some patients with migraines. Botox injections temporarily weaken muscles in the temples or forehead; in some patients, this can make the muscle reduce in size an unmask hallows or irregularities in the skull beneath. Any effect should reduce over time as the botox fades. If these injection points are necessary to treat your migraines, a filler may be able to reduce the effect of the hallowing while maintaining the ability to continue have botox treatments in these areas.

Hollowing of the temples is from facial aging, not from Botox. You may need filler in that area and you have to go to somebody who is experienced!! In an inexperienced person's treating this area can be a disaster. Be careful, got an email and please look at only doing reversible hyaluronic acid fillers in that area.
There are no permanent side effects of Botox so this will go away. if in the future you desire more treatment for your migraines try pointing out to your doctor exactly where the pain is and have him inject there. if you still get the hollows that you don't like fillers can help
The Botox in your temples will soften your temporalis muscle and reduce its size and activity. This helps migraine sufferers and is why it is used there. The muscle will recover in some months as the Botox wanes. Many adults are also using fillers in the temples to help this hollow look even if they have never had Botox. When your Botox wears off you can evaluate yourself for this.

Botox works well for the masseter muscle and 25 units usually works extremely well for this area. You may need a repeat injection in two weeks if you find this not effective to shrink this muscle and slim the face effectively. Best, Dr. Green
It is very unusual to be sick after a Botox treatment. I would suggest following up with your family doctor.Otherwise you should be evaluated by a board certified dermatologist experienced in this procedure to advise you properly and address your concerns.
