Four yrs ago - difficult vaginal delivery of 8.5lb baby. Last/next baby will DEFINITELY be c section. Should I... 1) Get anterior wall and perineoplasty done AFTER last baby because the weight/pressure of pregnancy alone could undo the repairs? 2) Get repaired long BEFORE another pregnancy to ensure that structure/strength is better to support the weight/pressure of pregnancy and avoid or minimise prolapse from the pressure of pregnancy?
