I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Molden and her staff. I have been avoiding dealing with this woman issue. Finally it got to the point where I couldn’t avoid it anymore. I went to visit Dr. Molden at her office in Newtown Pennsylvaniaand she gave me a really great option that was not stressful at all. I had to do some testing with the nurse practitioner who was absolutely amazing and I feel really positive about getting this issue fixed and back to real life.
I am so much happier since my Vaginoplasty. I went through menopause at a young age. All the men doctors I went to did not understand the way I was feeling. They could not relate. Stephanie and her staff were amazing and made me feel comfortable. I feel like a young woman again.
Amazing service! Dr. Molden was amazing with me. She made me feel so comfortable and never got annoyed with all my questions. I could not be happier with the results!! From my first call to my last visit the entire office staff were very caring and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Molden for all your needs s
Dr. Molden and her entire staff are very professional. She is very skilled at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone that needs a cosmetic procedure or a female health professional. I have seen her for both and am pleased with the outcomes.
After 3 hard labors, consisting of 1 episiotomy and 2 tears, my vagina was very wide and appeared to have a lot more tissue than pre-childbirth. It really took a toll on my mentality and confidence. It was to the point that I didn't want my husband to ever look at me. I decided on labiaplasty and it was one of the best decisions I ever made for myself. From the my very first phone call to The Female Pelvic Health Center to my very last post surgery follow up, the entire staff, including Dr. Molden, made me feel understood, supported and comfortable. Dr. Molden truly treats you like you are a close and personal friend. Talking to her felt so natural and when my healing, due to no fault of the surgery, wasn't going as expected, Dr. Molden made went above and beyond on my health and well being. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I heeled beautifully and feel beautiful. I am so happy I went with Dr. Molden and her awesome staff with a special thanks to Dana for handling everything leading up to my surgery.
Let me just start by saying how friendly Dr. Moldem and her entire staff are. I love this practice, they make you feel very comfortable. I've been dealing with having to use panty liners after my 5th child. I went in for POP surgery. And all my problems were solved. If you or anyone you know is dealing with these problems please go see Dr. Stephanie Molden and her staff you won't be disappointed.
Dr. Molden is amazing! She is so personable. She really took her time with me and answered all my questions. She made me feel like I was her most important patient. I was very nervous to go to my appointment, but as soon as I walked in the entire staff greeted me like we knew each other for years. The nursing staff made me comfortable from the moment they took me back. You could tell that everyone that works there really loves their job. I did have my surgery with Dr. Molden and could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend Dr. Molden for all your medsap needs.
Very professional office and the staff is so welcoming. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Molden is very personable and understanding. I also had ThermiSmooth treatment in the office and I can see the difference on my face with my first treatment.
A friend recommended me for the pellet therapy and told me that it was a free consultation and that the pellets are $400 and done every 4 months. When I called to schedule an appointment I asked the receptionist to verify that it was a free consultation and the pellets would be $400 which she said yes, that is correct because it’s not covered by insurance. I scheduled the consultation and when I went in I sat in a room with the nurse practitioner who spent maybe 20 minutes if that going over how the pellet therapy works. She gave me a script to have bloodwork done that was done at labcorp and was told to call in about two weeks once my results were back. When I called to schedule for the pellets, I was told that I had a balance of $200 that had to be taken care of prior to scheduling for the pellet therapy. I was completely confused and when I asks she said that it was my deductible for the consult that I was told was free. Then she ignorantly spoke loudly over me telling me that there is no such thing as a free consult and proceeded to tell me that the girl who I scheduled with was fired do to messing things up at the office and that she is sorry for the false information that I was given and that I have to pay the $200 or will be put into collections. I told her that I was going to call my insurance since I had no idea that they were even submitting a bill to my insurance. Now I received a bill in the mail that my insurance was billed $331 for a 20 minute consultation that I was told was free. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!! I was fine and willing to pay out of pocket the $400 every 3-4 months for the pellets but am not ok with this being charged for a consultation especially when I asked to make sure it was free before scheduling. Plastic surgeons do not charge for consultations. I work in dentistry and we do free consultations. I will not recommend this place and will tell everyone to be careful if they are planning to go.
It is difficult to tell what kind of tissue is seen at the vaginal opening. Most likely it is a small posterior bulge of vaginal tissue consistent with a small rectocele from childbirth. If you experience laxity symptoms, vaginoplasty surgical correction would fix both issues and has a good success rate. I would suggest a co summation with a surgeon experienced in both urogynecology and cosmetic gynecology. We offer virtual consults for out of town patients as do others.
The most common thing to expect after the laser rejuvenation sessions is a slightly bloody discharge cha gong to a watery discharge for 1-3 days. The vaginal tissues can also feel a little irritated or rough with mild itching at first until the healing is complete which takes about 3-7 days. You should not have pain however. Use of PRP can help expedite this healing as well as topical moisture barriers around the opening.
Yes the experience should be similar each time but is sometimes perceived as easier after the first session since one knows what to expect. However, with appropriate topical numbing the procedure should not be painful really at all and is rather quick.
Clitoral good reduction will inevitably uncover your clitoris more. This can help sensation somewhat but if you are concerned you should address this at the time of your examination with your surgeon as they can help you decide if this too much for your liking or customize the reduction such that only a small amount is exposed. Good luck!
Great question! If you are considering vaginoplasty I would recommend waiting until you are done having children regardless of your route of delivery if you can. While vaginal childbirth clearly does more damage to the vaginal tissues and surrounding structures, pregnancy in general can can affect them somewhat with the hormonal changes and pressure and we can never know for sure what will happen at the time of delivery. What if you go into labor and end up having a vaginal delivery for instance? Given you have already had a vaginal birth and you are considering vaginoplasty you may also consider another vaginal delivery as the damage is already done so to speak unless you had a 4th degree tear (into the rectum) or a shoulder dystocia where the baby was at risk of not being able to be delivered and was stuck, you can avoid two surgeries and the risks associated. Of course, nothing is risk free including vaginal birth and no one knows the future so there is no black and white answer. Best of luck either way!
