Skin gets irritated on touch like u rub a pen tip over skin a hive appears and redness. I havent got it that bad but it is slight dermorgraphia. Would my scalp be affected with the fue

This appears to be a superficial skin condition that does not go deep into the dermis and is a surface reaction to scratching and disappears quickly. One might worry about scarring with a hair transplant.  I would consult a dermatologist prior to having a hair transplant
