I had a FUE transplant in December 2017 and a year on I am not happy with where the hairline sits. It was done at a reputable surgery Clinic in Istanbul Turkey. The hair grew quiet well but doesn’t look natural. Almost too straight. I would like the hairline similar to my old hairline.

Hair restoration surgery must performed under supervision of surgeon and surgeon must participate to surgery. Unfortunatelly HT performed with technicians, paramedical teams  not with doctors in most of well known centers that spend  a lot money for advertisement in Turkey. I think  that frontal  hairline is not suiting your anatomic,  natural  frontal  hair line .So  a second hair transplant can be an option for  correcting   hair line and asymmetry on your frontal hair line/forelock. I advice you have a new FUE op in experienced hands; you would get the desired hairline in just one session of dense packing hair transplant.

A straight hairline reflects a doctors lack of artistry. The best way to fix this problem is to create a proper transition zone in front of the hairline that you have now. I have fixed thousands of such hairlines, see below for an example
