Breast lift with small 125cc implants 7wks ago. Incisions are much higher than I expected under the breast. (photos)

I expected the lower incision to be hidden in the fold of the breast but didn't discus this with my surgeon as I thought it was standard procedure . I have also had constant issues with spitting stitches and an area that opened leaving a hole . I can feel my implant too as a hard area on the underside of my breast . Is all this normal ? I'm now concerned all these scars will be very visible . Is there a reason my incisions have been placed like this and will and will they heal ok ?

It is difficult to predict, however, there shouldn't be too much of a change in the degree of ptosis (or droopiness) of your breast unless your weight loss is SIGNIFICANT.   I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable...
