I had a breast augmentation and lift about 8 months ago with lipo of flanks, lower back, and full abdomen. Now I want to get lipo on my upper back and arms and my doctor said to do the lateral chest. What is exactly the lateral chest and will my implants be affected at all? I want my breasts to look bigger

Answer: Lateral chest You should ask your surgeon what exactly he or she means when they say lateral chest. They should be able to point it out to you so you have the exact understanding of how things will look. Generally speaking, I say lateral chest to address the fat roll that can extend from the side of your breast under your arm and to the back bra rolls. This means if somebody wants abdominal liposuction I typically recommend treating the entire torso as a single unit to leave people with a natural even thin fat distribution of all the areas you describe.
