I had a breast augmentation and lift about 8 months ago with lipo of flanks, lower back, and full abdomen. Now I want to get lipo on my upper back and arms and my doctor said to do the lateral chest. What is exactly the lateral chest and will my implants be affected at all? I want my breasts to look bigger
Answer: Liposuction and internal tightenig around the breasts arms, upper torso and sides helps improve breast size and contour yes if you liposuction around the breasts It can make the boobs look bigger (see link). so can peptide and hormonal therapy, also doing sculptra with renuva to the breasts. see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Liposuction candidate Dear Melodieeee, it is unlikely that liposuction will make your breasts look bigger. In order to do so, you will need bigger implants. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Lateral chest You should ask your surgeon what exactly he or she means when they say lateral chest. They should be able to point it out to you so you have the exact understanding of how things will look. Generally speaking, I say lateral chest to address the fat roll that can extend from the side of your breast under your arm and to the back bra rolls. This is technically not breast tissue and will not change the size of your breasts. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MD Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: High definition VASER liposuction It is difficult to answer your question without any photos or a consultation. That being said, high defintion VASER liposuction is very effective at removing fat from stubborn areas like the back, arms, and abdomen.. The Gold Standard for superior liposuction results requires use of the advanced technology of ultrasound assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I perform full body liposuction cases every week. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently resulted in outstanding liposuction outcomes. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of degree of excess fat by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. If skin redundancy is observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee

Answer: Liposuction of the back and armpit I typically view the torso as a single anatomic unit when it comes to body contouring. This means if somebody wants abdominal liposuction I typically recommend treating the entire torso as a single unit to leave people with a natural even thin fat distribution of all the areas you describe. technically a full torso includes upper abdomen, lower abdomen, love handles, waist, back and armpit or under arm area. The armpit is typically extended to include the front bra roll in front of the shoulder as well.. as you expressed yourself partially treating the torso leaves people partially treated. The answer to your question by the way is yes. It complements the breasts to remove the fat around them especially if the Liposuction goes right up adjacent to the breast periphery. and some women I even do this on the very upper part of the chest around the clavicle‘s as well. obviously the degree of improvement varies from patient to patient. Adding the areas you were talking about in combination with what you had done previously is what I typically recommend for all my patients with some exceptions. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
