From the top of my forehead upwards, it's on a slope and then eventually it goes flat. This makes my head look deformed, huge and odd looking - especially when I have a small face. What can I do to disguise the "slope" or even make it all even? I would like a permanent fix for this. All I want is a smaller head or at least make it look smaller. I've seen online a procedure regarding the sagittal ridge. Is this the problem with my head? Would that surgery fix this issue? I just need help.
