I had these 2 lump on my forehead since I was a kid. I don’t know what it is. Didn't bother me over the years. But as I got older the size of these bumps keeping increasing. I'm thinking it could a cyst or some kind of bone fracture. Any help to what these are?
Answer: Forehead bumps A combination of bone shaving and placement of fat grafts would be good way to approach this problem. A zig-zag incision is placed along the hairline, bone prominences are flattened and any residual irregularities can be corrected with fat grafting. In person consultation with board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this kind of surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Forehead Horns These are very classic forehead horns, also known as prominent frontal eminences. They are excessive bone growths of the original embryologic bone site from which the forehead develops. They can be reduced through a powered shaving method done through a hairline incision. The goal is to reduec the bony prominences to the level of the surrounding forehead but not to make them a flat plateau either as the forehead has as curved/convex shape. This is an outpatient procedure that does not result int much recovery tome, which is just about how long it takes for the swelling to resolve. Answer: Lump apperance on the forehead Hello, the reason for the lump appearance on your forehead is not a cyst, it is the appearance of the forehead bone. This lump appearance can be adressed with a well-executed forehead bone rasping operation with the help of the technological method which provides the best results and the easiest recovery (not the classical method) by entering through an incision made from your hairline in the right hands. You can achieve the look you want with this operation, which is performed with the latest technology piezo technique. Piezo technology will protect your soft tissues and provide you with maximum recovery fastly. It allows you to have a very comfortable recovery period and return to your daily life immediately! You can visit the link below to learn more about the piezo technique. I recommend investigating the long-term outcomes of your surgeon. It is the best indicator of choosing a good surgeon for you. When researching your surgeon, please note whether all of their results are similar. Some surgeons copy their results to all their patients. If you see the same face lines in all of your surgeon's results, this is an indication that he or she did not tailor his results. Unfortunately, most surgeons give similar results and rarely perform personalized surgeries like me. One golden rule: Please do not have the surgery when you feel uncomfortable and in doubt with a surgeon you hesitate. The point to consider when looking for the best surgeon is the time between your surgeon's before and after photos. Postoperative photographs must be at least 1 year after the operation. Early results and intraoperative comparison photos are of no value. Secondly, make sure that you have a good communication with your surgeon and that he/she fully understands you. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile (+90 539 204 40 90). You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.
