Is there a way to have botox in the side of the nose for each nostril to stop them moving when I smile?

When I smile my tip doesn't move but my nostrils go up which gives the illusion that my tip is drooping. Is it possible to have botox to stop the nostrils moving when I smile?

The potency of your Botox treatment will definitely fade as the weeks go by.
