Will Botox fade a little after a month? 1 day post op, feel like my brows were done too strong this time.

The potency of your Botox treatment will definitely fade as the weeks go by. The more units that are used, the longer the duration of effect, but only up to a point and then you are just wasting Botox.  Your provider/injector should be familiar with how much is enough. Your treatment amount was conservative, so your results should soften within a couple months.

Hello and thank you for your question. You are correct - it can take 1-2 weeks to see final results with Botox. Make sure that you have waited 2 weeks post your initial botox injections to evaluate your final results. Botox starts to fade about 8 weeks after a very conservative injection like the one you seem to have had. The results will gradually resolve allowing for natural movement. Hope this helps.

I don’t think you had a strong dose. It takes 2 weeks to see an effect so I believe you need to give it more time to see some changes. It fades 3 to 4 months later!

Thank you for your question. Botox made by Allergan states results will usually be fully desolved by the body 3 months post treatment but this can vary with each patient. 
How you metabolise the product is different to the next patient, exercise and your own metabolism will depend on this too.  Please seek review consult with your doctor to get full aftercare advice to know what to expect but I imagine you will see a decrease in the restriction of movement 1 month post treatment.

You are correct about Botox peaking in two weeks.  The full effect will be realized in 14 days and depending on how much Botox was used it can take anywhere from 6 weeks or more to feel less heavy.  Please consult an expert in Botox for the best cosmetic results. Best, Dr. Green

You can't possibly rush to conclusions just one day after treatment. Give yourself at least two weeks before the results are more evident. For all you know you might be extremely happy. Good luck from New York City

It is very unusual to notice anything at 1 day but it is possible. The final appearance will be at around 10 days and it will gradually face over the next 3-4 months but once it setttles in you may like it

Hi.  Yes, the effects will gradually soften.  It does take about 1-2 weeks for it to take full effect before the wearing off process starts.  Hopefully it will be looking better by a month and not be feeling as heavy.  In case there is any drooping of the eyelids, prescription eyedrops are available to help.  Best, Dr. Gupta.

It may be too early to judge since in takes a few days for full results. Wait at least one week to assess the outcome.
