Why do I get shortened duration of Botox over time?

RSMember12883
I am 29 with fairly active facial muscles. I have had botox for my frown lines three times and dysport once. All 4 times an equivalent of 20 botox units was injected. The first time (botox) it lasted over 3 months but the other 3 times it only lasted 1.5-2 months. Why is this? PS. all times have been with different injectors as I move around for work.
