It is difficult to make an assessment just looking at your pictures. I have to speculate that because of the swelling you have after the injection broke a small blood vessel, the area is still healing and most likely will be totally gone in a day or so. Probably it's nothing to worry about. Botox takes three or four days to start to work and ten to really show so the line might be due to the botox not quite taking.
