It appears to be dried blood, but until it is thorough cleansed by medical personnel, it is difficult to assess how it is healing. Hope this information helps!Best,

After surgery, it takes a couple of days for the incisions to seal up so seeing some old, dried blood on the dressing is quite normal.  It is always good practice to follow your surgeon's postoperative instructions regarding dressing changes and incision care.  Make sure you keep your follow up appointment and let your surgeon know if there is anything seriously concerning that comes up before your scheduled visit.

It appears that the dried blood in your belly button may have been a complication of the surgery. However, an in-person examination would be needed to make sure you are healing well.
