Scar revision! When can I start exercising (specially abdominal)? I can perform while not affecting my scar? (Photo)

I did liposuction in the lower abdominal part and Revision for pilonidal cyst scar! I just finished 4 weeks. My scar is long with closed incisions. Photo uploaded is after 2 weeks

I suggest posting before and after photos.  It looks like you were more of a candidate for liposuction with skin removal and because you had such loose and lax skin before surgery it would be expected that you would have wrinkles/laxity after.  Please consult an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.
