I suggest posting before and after photos.  It looks like you were more of a candidate for liposuction with skin removal and because you had such loose and lax skin before surgery it would be expected that you would have wrinkles/laxity after.  Please consult an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I think you would most benefit from a full tummy tuck.   The tummy tuck will tighten your stomach muscles, helping to achieve a flatter appearance, while removing excess skin and adipose tissue while improving the area of skin around your navel.  Hope that this helps.

To my knowledge, there is no treatment that will improve the appearance of your umbilical area.  Of course you could have a tummy tuck and the umbilicus can be improved but you trade that for the long tummy tuck scar.  Discuss in detail with a board-certified plastic surgeon.  Best wishes.
