I’ve been trying to figure out why my scar is so raised and basically the same color as my areola towards the top…is this areola skin that got sewn up into my incision, or is my areola somehow spreading? Is this fixable? It bothers me quite a bit.

Your skin appears to be fairly stretchy and unable to hold your breast well. Please don't choose implants for you will sag even more. The lift can be revised, especially from the inferior incisions, and retighten your breasts and go somewhat smaller.
