I have typical Asian flat face features I want to fix over time. What's the best way to start? (Photos)

lsly
I'm at the research phase and i'm hoping to fix my features. My nose is pretty big/round at the end and i wanna make that smaller however i don't want the typical korean formula tip nose. My profile needs some work. Is it possible to do a filler for that or would i have to commit to a rhinoplasty? I like the slope of my ¾ view is there a way to maintain that? I'm also guessing i would need fillers of some sort for my flat cheeks and jawline? Help!!
