9 days post op rhinoplasty, knocked my nose on the side and the wound is wide open. Advice? (photo)

I had my rhinoplasty 9 days ago and I had my cast off and outer stitches cut out after 7 days I have just knocked my nose and now on the one side the wound is wide open again like it has just been cut in surgery The one side seems to be healing fine but the other side that I’ve just knocked is now wide open I am currently in Istanbul where I had my operation and I am seeing the doctor tomorrow 1 last time before I fly home Can this wait until tomorrow? I really don’t know what to do I’m so upset
