1 week post op abdominal liposuction. Can any type of red light therapy assist in faster and better healing?

I’m one week post surgery. I’ve been wearing the compression garment 23hrs per day. Am I able to walk as much as I like or can it impede healing?

For liposuction after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling and expedite healing. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Walking after liposuction should be fine.  Be sure to wear your compression garment while walking.  Lymphatic massage is very helpful as well and can dramatically speed recovery and swelling resolution.  Ask your plastic surgeon what their postop regimen is in particular.
