Waitchester.  Your best option is to find a board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in liposuction. Nobody that I know of specializes in just liposuction of the calf and ankles, and if they tell you they do, they’re fibbing! Liposuction of the calves and ankles is a highly specialized liposuction procedure, because it requires circumferential liposuction of the calves and ankles to obtain the best results without irregularities. Small liposuction cannula are used after the calves and ankles are carefully marked out. Special attention is required when liposuctioning the transition area of the medial and lateral heads of the gastrocnemius muscles to sculpt beautiful calves. Also, enough fat has to be suctioned to expose the ankles. I recommend that you have a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is experienced with calf and ankle liposuction. I’m not sure there any specific practitioners that on the work in this area  if that’s who you’re looking for. This is definitely a advanced area for Lipo I need someone with sculpting experience.
