Waitchester. Your best option is to find a board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in liposuction. Nobody that I know of specializes in just liposuction of the calf and ankles, and if they tell you they do, they’re fibbing! Come see me or another board-certified plastic surgeon in the area to explore the best options for your particular case. Good luck.
Thank you for your question. I perform many liposuction procedures and sculpting including calves and ankles. I’m not sure there any specific practitioners that on the work in this area if that’s who you’re looking for. This is definitely a advanced area for Lipo I need someone with sculpting experience.

Liposuction of the calves and ankles is a highly specialized liposuction procedure, because it requires circumferential liposuction of the calves and ankles to obtain the best results without irregularities. Small liposuction cannula are used after the calves and ankles are carefully marked out. Special attention is required when liposuctioning the transition area of the medial and lateral heads of the gastrocnemius muscles to sculpt beautiful calves. Also, enough fat has to be suctioned to expose the ankles. I recommend that you have a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is experienced with calf and ankle liposuction. At the time of your consultation you will have a detailed history and physical exam, have all of your questions answered to your satisfaction, discuss your goals and see many the plastic surgeon's before and after liposuction of the calf and ankle results.
