Can I get liposuction on my back and lower back even if i have acne?

Yes, you can have liposuction of the back even if you have acne. For best results with liposuction, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. Hello and thank you for your question...This question can be BEST answered by an in person consultation so that the extent of your acne can be determined. If its not extensive, liposuction should not be an issue. One just has to be careful to make incisions in areas that don't have acne. If the acne is extensive then certain medications can be prescribed to try and get it under control for your surgery. Typically this would not be an issue, however if it is more severe, then I would place you on some Doxy for at least a couple weeks before to help it calm down. 

As long as the acne is not extensive it should not cause a problem.  If there are areas where there is redness or a lot of inflammation you may want to wait until it is better controlled before having the procedure but in general it should not affect liposuction of the back and flanks.
