I am 4 days post op and I just noticed some discharge coming from one of the incisions under my breast. It is just a little bit and it doesn't hurt. I just showered for the first time last night and changed the gauze. Is this normal?

Liposuction can certainly remove volume from your breasts (unless your breasts are mostly made of breast gland tissue, not fat) and that will lead to a deflated look. A redo reduction (cutting out excess skin) is the best way to proceed
