Thank you for your picture.  This may represent suture infections.  I would call your surgeon to seek advice about wound care.  I would clean areas with saline and cover with a dry gauze until you hear from your surgeon

5. Contact Dermatitis: Reaction to skincare products, clothing, or other substances that come in contact with the scar area.
It's important to monitor the area for signs of infection, such as increased redness, warmth, swelling, or pus. If the blister or pimple is causing discomfort or seems to be worsening, it's best to consult your plastic surgeon or healthcare provider to ensure proper healing and to rule out any complications.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing; this can be especially distressing given that you are not close to your plastic surgeon. Sometimes, these incision line problems are related to “stitch abscesses” depending on what type of sutures were use. Also, sometimes removal of these offending sutures may expedite the healing process. You may want to communicate with your plastic surgeon to check to see if longer lasting absorbable sutures were used in your case. You may also benefit from a visit to a local board certified plastic surgeon for more precise diagnosis/advice.
