It's been 4 months since my fut hair transplant and I don't see a difference?

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor

At this point in the process the grafted hairs are just starting to grow through the skin.You probably won't see any noticeable difference until about the 6 month mark and full results will take up to a year.

It is much too early to judge your result. Early growth has just started at the 4 month mark. At 6 months you will be at only about 50% growth, at 12 months you will be at roughly 90% growth. Remain patient and continue to follow your doctors post op care instructions.

Although some patients will see immediate growth of some or all of the transplanted hairs, most patients will experience shedding of the transplanted hairs and regrowth starting at 3-4 months after the surgery.It then takes a few months of growth for the hairs to develop enough length to start to be able to assess the result. By 8 months post op it should be possible to make an early judgement on the success of the procedure but the final outcome might not be achieved for up to 12 - 18 months after the surgery. 

Yes. Generally, after a transplant you will see all/most of your transplanted hairs fall out within the first month or two. From there, it's simply a matter of waiting for the grafts to start growing hair again, which is likely the stage you are at. Most patients start seeing new hairs sprouting around months 4-6, but it can occasionally take even longer. Don't be concerned about a lack of progress until about month 8.

Regrowing hair is thin, undersized and not bright untill 4-5 th months of hair transplant. İt's normal for new growing hair starting to get native characteristics, waviness, curl in first 4-5 months..This actually takes 10-13 months for hair to become full mature , as thick and bright  as native hair. 

at 4 months is just about the cut off to start seeing something, but I would not worry too much just yet. In another month or so you should. It depends on how you were before and size of transplant. Certainly if you are worried contact your plastic surgeon that did the procedure for you for advice. 

The average person gets 80% of the growth in 8 months to styling length of about 3 inches. It varies with individuals, some earlier and some later

4 months is too short a time to talk about results. Please be patient, and you will notice a difference in a few months. Results can take 6-9 months. I am assuming of course that the transplant was done correctly
