Traction alopecia on temples (edges) please give me an estimated quote for hair transplant. (photos)

My edges (temples) have been bald since childhood. This is a direct loss due to tight pigtail ponytail hair styles done on me by my mother. My hair loss is not due to any genetic of hormonal issue. I haven't experienced any other hair loss aside from the loss on my temples. I will travel outside of the U.S for a cheaper price! Please help me.
