My edges (temples) have been bald since childhood. This is a direct loss due to tight pigtail ponytail hair styles done on me by my mother. My hair loss is not due to any genetic of hormonal issue. I haven't experienced any other hair loss aside from the loss on my temples. I will travel outside of the U.S for a cheaper price! Please help me. I would like to be able to wear my hair in any style with confidence. I'm ready to get this procedure done as soon as possible.

From the pictures, you would be best getting scalp micropigmentation (SMP) rather than another hair transplant. The SMP will make you look so full that you really won't see your scalp. See below
