Question

Hello! I’m around 40 years old, past history of weight loss which left skin loose. This may or may not contribute to my current facial skin, unsure. I would like to get some opinions on if I am a candidate for a brow left and small lower blepharoplasty. I would look into an upper bleph in the future. Right now my complaints are my low eyebrows and excess skin around eyes and starting to go above to my eyebrows and temples. I feel like some surgeons instantly dismiss me due to my age and I may not have extreme laxity but I still feel like I have a decent amount. I would rather have multiple small procedures sooner than wait until I’m 50+. I’ve always disliked my low brows but now it’s just worse with age and maybe Botox. I don’t care a ton about if I start to ‘not look like myself’. I have had other procedures for loose skin and some work to my face which has made me look like a slightly different but better version of myself and I am totally okay with that. Would love to gather more input and information from you wonderful people. Thank you so much!

Based on the limited photos, it does appear that you need a IT brow lift, which will take care of this. If properly done, you will not have a scar that shows. Iinvented this procedure. 50 years ago and have done more than 5000 of these. Make sure you see a skilled surgeon who can show you pictures of the hairline with the hair pulled back.

At least from the photos provided, the use of a properly injected, medium viscosity HA filler injected above and below the lateral eyebrow coupled with the appropriate placement of a couple of microdroplets of Botox at the base of the tail of the eyebrows would provide a natural lift to the brows. I literally performed this on one of my patients yesterday afternoon for precisely the same issue with immediately gratifying results (from the filler; the added benefits of the Botox generally take a few days to be seen). 
You would be wise to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector expert and best of luck.
