Safe to microneedle/derma roll with PRP 14 months post FUE transplant to crown & front of head?

Hello, I've been hearing some conflicting answers, and would like to know if it’s safe to the transplanted hair follicles to have a microneedling/dermaroll with PRP/stem cell treatment done at a DR’s office? I’m worried about transplanted follicle damage. The transplant helped hair density, but it still looks thin and I'd like more improvement. I don’t live near my surgeon anymore. Should only needle injection be used with PRP instead of a dermaroller? Appreciate your advice!

In my opinion, Combination treatment using the laser as well as PRP and Finasteride would be the best option. PRP can be done monthly. My suggestion as far as the laser cap is to buy one you can use it home. You can go once a month for your PRP treatments and continue with the laser cap. It's...
