I am a 50 yo woman with thin, shoulder length hair and have significant hair loss (female pattern). I have decided to get PRP and am pairing it with Fotona Laser Hair Growth treatment, combined with at home Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) and Hair Science Topical Formulas for hair loss, 82S Shampoo. I do not want to use minoxidil etc. Q: Would getting my hair cut short improve the results? I am willing to buzz it all off if it would help the laser treatments and 82S penetrate my scalp better

In my opinion, keratin treatments are not safe after PRP. They require high heat which can damage the scalp. Keratin treatments give off formaldehyde even if it's not a primary ingredient. This leads to further inflammation of the scalp and is dangerous to the lungs.
