Background: I have had 2 times hair transplant and just started finestride for the first time. I am a little concerned that having the laser treatment once a week for 6 months will not be effective. The reason why I can only go once a week is due to work, and the distance being 2 hours to get to the clinic. If I won’t get much results from such little usage then ( once a week ) would it be better to cancel the laser therapy and just do the PRP

Yes, PRP has been shown to increase viable follicles that have been transplanted. Many practitioners are even using this as part of their transplant protocol now to ensure better results.
