I have been getting PRP injections since last year January 2021. I also got a transplant for my hair line. Since July of this year my hair started falling again. In august I got another PRP injection and then the last one was in October. However my hair is now falling even worse than before, the doctor said that’s is a rare case for this to happen but that my hair will grow back. But I still want a second opinion about this, is this normal?

In my opinion, only the LLLT would improve with hair trimming. The other modalities should retain effectiveness. I would assess results with an AI computer phototrichogram analysis and then decide if it's necessary to make changes.

In my opinion, keratin treatments are not safe after PRP. They require high heat which can damage the scalp. Keratin treatments give off formaldehyde even if it's not a primary ingredient. This leads to further inflammation of the scalp and is dangerous to the lungs.

In my opinion, Progen PRP with Amniotic Fluid is superior to all other available legal modalities in the US. I do believe that Progen plus Exosomes is effective, but it is Quasi- legal in the US due to the FDA policy. You need a consult with a hair expert to review your opportunities.
