Excessive hair fall after 2 years of PRP treatment and transplant for hair line. Should I be concerned?

I have been getting PRP injections since last year January 2021. I also got a transplant for my hair line. Since July of this year my hair started falling again. In august I got another PRP injection and then the last one was in October. However my hair is now falling even worse than before, the doctor said that’s is a rare case for this to happen but that my hair will grow back. But I still want a second opinion about this, is this normal?

There are multiple reasons that you could be actively shedding. The stress of hair transplantation could induce a Hair fall  due to stress or pressure from the procedure.   You may have male pattern hair loss which has multiple possible etiologies. Covid infections are a common cause. A consultation including phototrichogram, blood work, pull test and possibly biopsy is needed to rule out all possibilities.
