Big, heavy, uneven breasts two years post op - How do I fix my breasts? (Photos)

I am 2 years post op from an under the muscle breast implant exhange. My goal was fuller, breasts & cleavage. Instead I have big, heavy uneven breasts and my doctor won’t address the issue.,expressing concerns of lack of cleavage and wanting to go bigger. I had my implants exhanged to 700cc Uhp(L) and 650ccUhp(R) the right felt fine, however, the left implant is compressed to my chest, pulls upward when I move my arm and I lack cleavage. I’ve addressed this countless times with my doctor and he even received an MRI that came back on remarkable however he fails to investigate what may be going on or give me closure as to what may be causing my concerns. Initially, the right implant felt fine and I was told over and over by Dr. Mofid that everything is healing fine more time has passed and both breasts sit very unevenly, low and the left one feels like it is pulling. An MRI was done after I pushed the issue after being dismissed repeatedly and showed no issues. He ran it under the diagnostics code capsular constracture and it was performed facing down. My doctor said he doesn't think I have capsular contracture and the MRI ruled that out. Unfortunately, not tell me what’s going on with my breasts and how to fix them. He is telling me everything is fine and acting as if he see’s no problem. Anyone can see that they are crooked the left one cauaes me discomfort and appears flat with the nipple pointing up and close to my armpit
