Replacing 12 year old implants. Implant sizing - would 40cc's make a dramatic difference?

My body stats are - 163cm tall, 64kg. Chest width of 32cms I currently have 225cc textured round otm impants. Getting replaced as they are 12 years old. After an initial consult I have locked in Mentor smooth memory gel xtra - moderate high profile round, dual plane. I am really struggling between 430cc and 470cc. I definitley want to be larger and perkier however I want to avoid having the very fake look. I'm not sure if 40cc would even make a dramatic difference ?

At under a year post-op with a 70lb weight-loss history, settling is still ongoing and most surgeons judge lift results at 12 months. If nipple position or asymmetry still bothers you then, a smaller-scope revision is reasonable — monthly photos will show whether things are still changing.

You do have asymmetry and the cleavage is different from each side. At this time, I recommend redo the pockets with a low profile implant with a wide base to extend it higher on the chest wall and more medial. You can have the same implant size, slightly smaller or larger. Best...
