Breast Revision with Motiva and Galaflex - would Alloclae be enough to cover the area? (Photos)

I’m naturally petite and thin, (also have slight pectus excavatum) My previous breast implants I had for 5 years and I saw rippling wyhich bothered me and one implant was dropping. I had a breast revision earlier this year and had motiva Demi 245cc implants placed with Galaflex. The right side breast looks great, the left side breast I see rippling even when standing and the edge of the implant in my cleavage when I bend over. I’m considering Alloclae to cover this area but I’m wondering if I should just have another revision?

I'm sorry to hear that you needed a revision. Unfortunately, rippling after a breast augmentation can occur, especially in thin patients such as yourself. 
Regarding Alloclae and its ability to fix your problem: I have not been impressed with Alloclae as of yet. I think it promises a lot and it has yet to deliver. I agree that the product offers a novel way of addressing a problem we have to yet to solve (i.e., adding volume and adjusting contours in thin patients). However, we haven't seen long term data/results with it and its VERY expensive. 
Having said that, if your surgeon is thinking of using it, I would ask if they have any photos to show you of patients they've treated. Overall, few surgeons have any significant experience with the product and I think its important for your suregon to have a candid conversation with you about it. 
One last thing, if your implant are above the muscle (subfascial or subglandular) you should consider going below the muscle. That may be a good solution. Hope this helps!
