I had a surgery about 12 months ago (4500 grafts). After 10 months there was no growth and i decided to have the second surgery with the same clinic. During the operation my doctor said he can see the grafts transplanted in first surgery and he said this second surgery might create a new circle. After 2 weeks i started to see some growths now 45 days new growts are coming. Are they the hairs from first surgery or second.

A)Necessarily for 12 months but it is also advisable to use it systematically longterm. b)After 10 days and this should be done carefully and gradually according to the doctor's advice.
Usually most of the grafts are settled in mad the follicles are inside the skin after three weeks. The chances of damage to hair grafts after three weeks is very low.
The spikes you may be feeling are remnants of the original hair grafts and the hairs that come out from them. Good washing should accelerate their fall out. Go back to your surgeon if this does not work
