4 days post op Strip HT 8000 hair transplant. How does it look? (photos)

It doesn't look like 8000 hairs but photos can be deceiving.  You need to take better care of your scalp and hair.  Follow up with your doctor for a good hair wash.  Some doctors can do it for you at their office.

The crusts are a concern and good, gentle daily washing should make the crusts go away. Be sure never to pick on the crusts as they grafts might come out. 

Some doctors don't use the standard terminology of grafts they go by the number of hairs.  In your case that could be what they meant by 8000 hairs not grafts because it doesn't look like 8000 grafts to me.
