Tummy tuck without muscle repair. I know the result won't be perfectly flat, but how bad are we talking?

akristinet
I see in most situations muscle repair is recommended. I have had a child and have gained/lost weight. But I feel like I don't want the muscle repair. I feel like the removal of the skin alone would be enough for me to be happy with my looks. I get that the muscles are separated, but they are separated now also if I do not get a tummy tuck. Also I see doctors saying that it won't get perfectly flat, but I am also far from perfectly flat now, without a tuck. How bad are we talking?
