Is it generally the case 'some report increased strength & control' in their core?

Generous20411
I have a 3.5 cm gap from my two large babies. I’ve had a couple of consults for DR repair and I’ve had conflicting answers about whether it improves strength after healing. I started looking at TT because my core holds me back with my strength goals and core work, and I was really hoping it would be a marked difference but the best answers I’ve had were that “some people report increased strength and control” in their core. Is this generally the case?
