I'm feeling absolutely awful about my body -- I am updating with photos from this week to show what state my body is in. No matter how much weight I lose, I always have skin and a tummy I would love larger breasts to give more volume and solutions to a better butt

hello,
Based on your photos, you look to be in great shape. Congrats on that. Without examination it is hard to tell if you could have a separated rectus diastasis muscle, but you don't appear to have much loose skin. You have very little fat in the abdomen. However, even in thin women like you, there are usually pockets of fat to remove.

With your breast, you have two options:
1) Breast Aug with Implants - any size and shape
2) Fat Transfer to breast-- if you only want 1 cup size difference. Although, I am not sure if you have enough fat on your body to do that!

Additionally, I recommend breast augmentation to increase the size and improve the shape of your breasts. This can be achieved using implants or fat transfer, depending on your preference and desired outcome.

All these procedures can be done at the same time if you have the appropriate recovery aids, such as a BBL mattress or a breast augmentation pillow. These tools are essential for ensuring proper recovery and comfort post-surgery.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You have a number of options available to you. You seem to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck. Fat grafting to you buttocks or Sculptra are options to increase buttock projection. A formal exam in person will help shed light on all of the appropriate procedures for you.

I want to start off by saying you are beautiful the way you are! I do see what concerns you, and can recommend some options for you specifically, from the photos you have provided. Depending on how much skin or thickness you have on your abdomen, you may benefit either from liposuction alone, tummy tuck alone, or a combination of both. As for your breasts, if you have some sagginess, you may opt for a breast lift, with or without implant placement, or just implant placement.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, there is a chance that you will benefit from tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I would recommend a tummy tuck to help with sagging skin. If you have abdominal muscle separation, a tummy tuck can also repair that. For the breasts, implants would help with increasing their size. You may also want to consider a breast lift if you can hold a pencil under your breasts.

Hi.  Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is a great way to get rid of loose skin and achieve a much flatter tummy.  Breast augmentation and breast lift are typical methods for improving volume loss and sagging.   The best advice is to go for an in-person consultation with a reputable, board-certified PS in your area. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. You can undergo fat transfers if you want about 1 cup size increase or implants if you want more volume than 1 cu size increase.

You would do well with an augmentation for your breasts and at least liposuction for your abdomen. since your photos do not completely show your abdomen, I cannot tell if you have any loose skin, or is it just excess fat.
