I would like a second opinion on overhang above scar? (Photo)

Mini tuck procedure was 2 years ago, I am 42, fit with about 19% body fat. My stomach now bulges somewhat in a line above the scar. The mini tummy tuck removed loose skin from post pregnancy weight loss successfully, but left this unnatural looking area. My surgeon was not aware of any way to improve the result but I would like a second opinion.
