I would like a second opinion on overhang above scar? (Photo)

Hello @Kgokgo and thank you for your question and showing your picture. A scar always can be improved with other treatments like laser, fixer or other products. However what I see form the picture is that there is flaccidity or a little bulging, you will need a consultation to really determined what can be done to achieve the results you want. In a conventional tummy tuck it could happen that the skin present some flaccidity but I think it is not because of the procedure as such, but rather because of the way it is practiced. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
